District English Language Advisory Committee (DELAC)

DELAC is made up of representatives from each school's English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), a school-based committee required if there are more than 21 English Learners at that school. The Committee's role is to advise the district on programs and services for English Learner students. For more information, contact your school principal or ELAC chair.

2020-21 MEETING SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION

General Membership meetings are held Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

Spanish translation services will be available at all meetings. In compliance with the State of California and City of San Diego directives to remain at home during the Coronavirus outbreak, the meetings will be conducted via Zoom Webinar. A link to attend the virtual meeting will be provided when the agenda is made available to the public.
