The Friends of Ericson Foundation (501c3 Non-Profit Tax ID #33-0398793) was formed in 1990 by parents, staff and community members to raise funds to help support educationally enriching programs at Ericson Elementary. Everyone at Ericson Elementary is part of the Friends of Ericson - there are no dues or membership requirements.
The success of our Foundation is dependent on the help of volunteers and our community. We need volunteers in order to successfully continue our mission of providing financial support to the students and staff of our amazing school.
Friends of Ericson Foundation meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 2:15pm at Ericson Elementary School.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Join the Board! We have many positions open and we will need to fill additional ones next school year. This is a great way for you to get to know other families and students and help make decisions on what we do and how we help the school!
Join us for a few hours: Many times we just need additional hands to help make copies, pass out prizes, fill the fridge for teachers or clean up after an event. Please let us know if you are willing to offer a helping hand for a few hours.
Help with the Fall Festival: Our annual Fall Festival is run fully on volunteer power and we can only have a successful event next school year with the help of many.
Help with our Jog-A-Thon Fundraiser: Our annual Jog-A-Thon is the largest fundraiser for our school and relies on support from community partners, teachers, staff, families and friends. Volunteer your time, donate or help us find community / corporate sponsors!
